2023 Holiday Orders Information:
PLEASE NOTE: It is strongly recommended to place orders by Saturday, December 16 to allow delivery by Christmas Day, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will be closed from December 20 through December 26.
 
 

The holidays are fast approaching, but your holiday shopping doesn't have to be stressful.  Aside from our organic, skin-soothing gift temptations that anyone would appreciate, we can also reduce your workload by shipping directly to the lucky recipient!  To help you get your gifts on time, we've compiled a schedule of expected shipping transit times for packages shipped by UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS).  And for the personal touch, we are always happy to include a hand-written gift card with your message, for no extra charge--just type in your message during checkout and we'll do the rest!

2023 HOLIDAY HOURS/CLOSURES: So that we may enjoy time with our families, and for year-end inventory, we will be observing the following holiday closures:

  • Thanksgiving:  We will be CLOSED from Wednesday, November 22, 2023 through Sunday, November 26, 2023 for the Thanksgiving holiday.  Regular business hours will resume on Monday, November 27 and all orders received during closure will be processed in the order received upon our return.

  • Christmas:  We will be CLOSED from Tuesday, December 20 through Tuesday, December 26, 2022 for the Christmas Holiday.  LIMITED business hours will resume on Wednesday, December 29, and all orders received during closure will be processed in the order received upon our return.

  • New Year's: We will be CLOSED Monday, January 1, 2024 New Year's Day through Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024.  Regular business will resume on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024.

All orders placed during holiday closure periods will be processed in the order of receipt during the next business day upon our return.


Stress-Reducing Holiday Ordering Tips: 

  • It is highly recommended that you place your orders as early as possible, to allow enough time for processing and delivery.  Remember, inclement weather or other acts of nature nullify any delivery guarantees by the US Postal Service or UPS. More shoppers than ever are ordering online, and the shortage of labor to process and ship is expected to cause delays. While we will be doing everything in our power to process and ship your orders as quickly as humanly possible, we cannot be responsible for package transit times or delays. 

  • During the holiday season, the possibility of THEFT is highly increased--it is best to have packages delivered to your WORKPLACE or with a neighbor if no one will be home to receive packages during the day. 

  • We may, at our discretion, require delivery signature for some orders and there will need to be someone available to receive and sign for those packages.

  • Always carefully unpack your order as soon as possible in order to report possible damage during shipment, so that replacement arrangements can be made.

  • Be sure to order a little extra something so that you can give yourself a bit of much needed organic herbal pampering to recover from the hustle and bustle. :)

Important Shipping Dates and Details for Christmas:

The following table of shipping dates are recommended by UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS).   PLEASE NOTE:  Even though every effort is made to ensure that most online orders are shipped the same or next business day, due to the high volume of holiday orders, please remember to allow at least two to five business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays) for order processing IN ADDITION TO DAYS IN TRANSIT (below). If you have a deadline, contact us to see if your order will be processed in enough time.

 
 
 USPS (U.S. Postal Mail Services)

  • December 12th - Last recommended day for USPS Domestic Ground Advantage (formerly called First Class Mail) for delivery by Christmas Day.

  • December 16th - Last recommended day for Priority Mail service for Christmas delivery (to allow assembly and shipping of orders). 

    Please Note: Service times are NOT guaranteed by the US Postal Service, and most packages are typically delivered in 3-6 business days, but during holidays, these times are often much longer. Please allow ample time for this busier shipping season.

    Canadian Customers: Please allow up to an ADDITIONAL 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS to the above dates for processing, customs clearance and delivery to Canada.
 
 
  UPS Shipments:

  • December 15th - Last recommended day for UPS Ground shipping for Christmas delivery (this is for days in transit only, not order processing time).

  • (All services include tracking but delivery is NOT date guaranteed for Ground Shipments, such as in cases of inclement weather.)

    Time-in-Transit Notes: On UPS holidays – Nov. 23 (U.S. Thanksgiving Day), Dec. 24 & 25 (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) and Jan. 1 (New Year's Day) – there is NO PICKUP or MOVEMENT of any packages tendered to UPS.   Also, Dec. 24, Dec. 25 and Dec. 31 are transit days for "UPS air and International packages" only--NO GROUND PACKAGES are in transport on these dates.

    Canadian Customers: Please allow an ADDITIONAL 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to the above dates for processing, customs clearance and delivery to Canada.
