Effective October 14, 2009:  We at WoodSprite love our customers, and we aren't afraid to show it!  For 10 years, and from humble beginnings, we have had the great privilege of serving the most loyal and supportive folks in the world.  To thank you for your continued support of our small and sustainable business, we are excited to be able to offer retail customers of WoodSprite Organic Body our new Loyalty Rewards Program!

Members will earn one point for each dollar spent on regularly priced and qualified items via our online retail store at WoodSpriteOrganicBody.com. Membership is free and easy!  Simply register an account with us to begin earning, tracking and redeeming points as well as having access to faster checkout and order tracking.  To participate in the Loyalty Rewards program, you must have a registered account at WoodSpriteOrganicBody.com. If you had a registered account at our former site, you will need to re-register in order to enroll in the new Loyalty Rewards Program.

How Loyalty Points work:

For every 250 Loyalty Points accumulated, you may redeem them for a $15 Loyalty Gift Certificate toward any in-stock item(s) at WoodSpriteOrganicBody.com. Gift Credits will be valid for 1 year from the issue date.

How to Earn Loyalty Points:  If you haven't already registered an account with WoodSpriteOrganicBody.com, please just visit the "My Account" link and sign up (you'll then enjoy the additional benefits of having access to order progress, package tracking, and your orders history as well as enjoying speedier checkout).  Then, be sure to Log In to your account each time you shop at our website--if you do not Log In, the shopping cart will not be able to track and add your points!

How to Redeem Loyalty Points:

• Once you have collected 250 Points, simply Log In to "My Account" and scroll down to find the section titled "My Loyalty Rewards". 
• Click on the "Redeem" link, and you will be directed to your Loyalty Rewards $15 Gift Certificate.  Simply click on "REDEEM" appearing below the certificate image.
• You will see a confirmation page detailing your available Loyalty Rewards Points balance.  Click on "Click Here to Redeem Points Now" button.
• You should see an "Order Completed" verification, with a link to an invoice for your Gift Certificate transaction. 
• Now, be sure to look for an automated E-Mail which will provide you with your unique Loyalty Rewards Gift Certificate Code, which you may enter during the checkout process of your next order.

Important Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions:

• Enrolled and Active Members will earn "Loyalty Points" for each purchase made at WoodSprite Organic Body's retail website. Members will accrue one (1) Loyalty Point for each U.S. dollar actually spent. Total product cost will be rounded to the nearest dollar for purposes of crediting Loyalty Points to a Member's account.
• Loyalty Points may be earned only by ordering via the WoodSprite Organic Body website; telephone or mail orders do not qualify for rewards points.
• Loyalty Points will NOT be earned for: (a) purchases made with gift certificates or store credit, (b) prior purchases, (c) shipping and handling charges, (d) gift wrapping, or (e) sales taxes paid by the Member.
• Loyalty Points obtained from the purchase of a product which is subsequently returned will be deducted from the Member's account.
• For every 250 Loyalty Points that a Member accrues, Member will earn a $15 Gift Certificate.  Loyalty Gift Certificates will be valid for 1 year from the issue date.
• Loyalty Gift Certificates cannot be used toward the purchase of gift certificates, have no monetary value, are not transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, may not be used in conjunction with any other rebate or discount offer and are for promotional purposes only. Members are always responsible for applicable sales taxes (if any). No cash will be given back on unused certificate amounts.
• WoodSprite Organic Body reserves the exclusive right to terminate and/or modify this Loyalty Rewards Program in any manner, at any time, without limitation, including the adjustment of points earned per dollar spent without prior notice to Members.
• Members cannot combine or co-mingle Loyalty Points, and Loyalty Points cannot be gifted, inherited or otherwise transferred amongst Members (new or previously enrolled). Attempts by Members to co-mingle, sell or otherwise transfer Loyalty Points not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will result in forfeiture of Loyalty Points and Program Membership.
• If, at the sole discretion of WoodSprite Organic Body, any Member is deemed to be participating in a manner not consistent with the Program’s overall intent, WoodSprite Organic Body reserves the right to terminate Member’s account without notice and without further compensation to the Member.
