times for packages shipped by UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS).

2011 HOLIDAY HOURS/CLOSURES:
Thanksgiving: We will be closed Thursday, November
24th through Sunday, November 27th for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Business will resume on Monday, November 28th.
Christmas: We will be closed early on Friday, December
23rd through Monday, December 26th for Christmas. Business will resume on Tuesday, December 27th.
New Year's: We will be closing early on Friday, December
30th through Monday, January 2nd. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012.
All orders placed during these periods will be processed in order of receipt during the
next business day upon our return.

for Christmas delivery.
(All services include tracking but delivery is NOT date guaranteed
for Ground Shipments, such as in cases of inclement weather.)
Time-in-Transit Notes: On UPS holidays – Nov. 24
(Thanksgiving Day), Dec. 25 (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) and Jan. 1 (New
Year's Day) – there is NO PICKUP or MOVEMENT of any packages
tendered to UPS. Also, Nov. 25, Dec. 24 and Dec.
31 are transit days for "UPS air and international packages"
only--NO GROUND PACKAGES are in transport on these dates.
Canadian Customers: Please allow an ADDITIONAL 5 BUSINESS DAYS
to the above dates for processing, customs clearance and delivery

Stress-Reduction Holiday Ordering Tips:
It is highly recommended that you place
your orders as early as possible, to allow enough time for processing
and delivery. Remember, inclement weather or acts of God nullify
any delivery guarantees by the US Postal Service or UPS.
During the holiday season, the possibility
of theft is highly increased--it is best to have packages delivered
to your workplace if no one will be home to receive packages during
the day.
Always carefully unpack your order as
soon as possible in order to report possible damage during shipment,
so that replacement arrangements can be made.
