Qualified orders will receive FREE USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping upon order processing (our choice). Simply make your purchase through our secure online catalog and choose FREE HOLIDAY SHIPPING during Checkout.  Orders MUST subtotal at least *$35.00 BEFORE TAXES or quoted shipping charges (*offer EXCLUDES $5.00 Samples and Gift Certificates). The holidays are fast approaching, but your holiday shopping doesn't have to be stressful.  Aside from our organic, skin-smoothing gift temptations that anyone would appreciate, we can also reduce your workload by shipping directly to the lucky recipient!  To help you get your gifts on time, we've compiled a schedule of expected shipping transit times for packages shipped by UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS).  And for the personal touch, we are always happy to include a hand-written gift card with your message, for no extra charge--just type in your message during checkout and we'll do the rest!

2016 HOLIDAY HOURS/CLOSURES: So that our staff may enjoy time with their families, and for year-end inventory, we will be observing the following holiday closures:

  • Thanksgiving:  We will close early on Wednesday, November 23rd at 3 p.m. through Sunday, November 27th for the Thanksgiving holiday.  Regular business hours will resume on Monday, November 28th.

  • Christmas:  We will be closed Friday, December 23rd through Monday, December 26th for the Christmas Holiday.  Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, December 29th.

  • New Year's: We will be closed on Friday, December 31st 2016 through Sunday, January 2nd, 2017.  Regular business will resume on Monday, January 3rd, 2017.

All orders placed during these periods will be processed in order of receipt during the next business day upon our return.


Stress-Reduction Holiday Ordering Tips: 

  • It is highly recommended that you place your orders as early as possible, to allow enough time for processing and delivery.  Remember, inclement weather or acts of God nullify any delivery guarantees by the US Postal Service or UPS.
  • During the holiday season, the possibility of theft is highly increased--it is best to have packages delivered to your workplace if no one will be home to receive packages during the day. 
  • Always carefully unpack your order as soon as possible in order to report possible damage during shipment, so that replacement arrangements can be made.
  • Be sure to order a little extra something so that you can give yourself a bit of much needed organic herbal pampering to recover from the hustle and bustle. :)

Important Shipping Dates and Details for Christmas:

The following table of shipping dates are recommended by UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS).   PLEASE NOTE:  Even though every effort is made to ensure that most online orders are shipped the same or next business day, due to the high volume of holiday orders, please remember to allow up five business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays) for order processing IN ADDITION TO DAYS IN TRANSIT (below).

 
 
  UPS Shipments:

  • December 15th - Last recommended day for UPS Ground shipping for Christmas delivery.
  • December 19th - Last recommended day for UPS 3-Day Select for Christmas delivery.
  • December 20th - Last recommended day for UPS 2-Day Select for Christmas delivery.
  • December 21st - Last recommended day for UPS Next Day Air for Christmas delivery.

    (All services include tracking but delivery is NOT date guaranteed for Ground Shipments, such as in cases of inclement weather.)

    Time-in-Transit Notes: On UPS holidays – Nov. 26 (U.S. Thanksgiving Day), Dec. 24 & 25 (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) and Jan. 1 (New Year's Day) – there is NO PICKUP or MOVEMENT of any packages tendered to UPS.   Also, Dec. 24, Dec. 25 and Dec. 31 are transit days for "UPS air and International packages" only--NO GROUND PACKAGES are in transport on these dates.

    Canadian Customers: Please allow an ADDITIONAL 5 BUSINESS DAYS to the above dates for processing, customs clearance and delivery to Canada.

 

  USPS (U.S. Postal Mail Services)

  • December 18th - Last recommended day for USPS Domestic Priority Mail service for Christmas delivery.  (Please Note: Service times are NOT guaranteed by the US Postal Service, but most packages are typically delivered in 3-5 business days)

    Canadian Customers: Please allow up to an ADDITIONAL 5 BUSINESS DAYS to the above dates for processing, customs clearance and delivery to Canada.
